Better re-download the installer after the release as it should contain this missing part (though it's only my assumption). The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt developers CD Projekt Red released patch 1.04 on PC yesterday but console fans have yet to even get the 1.03 patch. But as it's a bulky installer I'd keep it on some external drive just to feel safe.
